poor experience..no signs at Union Station to show where to catch the bus..no map given to show where the bus stopped in Wash .DC. the tour guide was very informative. we had to walk more than planned because we didn't know where to catch the bus...
buying on price was not a good choice for this tour. Where do i start 1 Staff were useless, no one knew what was going on, 2 their schedule was never kept to, buses didn't arrive on time 3 their promise of buses running every 20 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon was not correct 4 the supposed attractions that you buy were actually free 5 commentary was non existent, staff were rude and could not care less. If i could get my money back i would, but I doubt that will happen. I have been in the hospitality industry for 35 years, and this was my worst tour experience ever. This has tarnished my view and my stay in Washington, so much so I doubt I will will trust Viatour again. Everyone we spoke to on the tour was of the same opinion
This tour was amazing!
Buses did not run often enough and you had to wait a lot.
Very bad service. The bus wait at each destination wasy too long and staffs were very rude and unpolite. It's best to use bus tours like the big bus tour which has frequent services and know how to deal with their guests and customer. But must say that the night tour was very good and so was the staff
