We booked the tour and followed the instructions to have the tour bus pick us up out front of our hotel. We waited in the agreed pick up area at the agreed time for 30 minutes. We called the tour company and the woman who answered said we had missed the tour and that they had waited for us for a half hour and called us (not true). We were able to reschedule the tour for the following day and once again the bus never came to get us. We called the tour again and the woman answering was extremely rude. She said we had mad everyone else on the tour yesterday wait for us so we would have to wait for the bus. She eventually called us back and said the bus wasn't coming for us at all and we would need to have a lyft pick us up and take us to meet the bus at the first tour stop. When we asked for more information on why we had to take a lyft and how it would impact the tour she made a sigh of annoyance and talked down to us. We ended up taking a lyft to the first tour and got on the bus with the other passengers. Overall, the tour itself was okay, but the process of getting there and dealing with a less than helpful and kind woman from the tour site soured us on the entire experience.

Our tour guide Duane was very knowledgable and passionate about the history of our wonderful Monuments. My husband and I highly recommend taking The Morning Monuments Tour. It was worth every penny!

My hotel pick up did not show up. After one email and five phone calls all from my end no one ever got back to me. I was eventually told that viator did not communicate my information with signature tours. Very disappointing.
