Nice tour....well organised…...all Ok worth a visit......some travelling both ways.....good guide speaking English
So happy to have done this tour. It gave us the best preview of Budapest which o now want to go back to very soon. The tour guide (Reny) was very knowledgeable and respectful. The driver (Martin) was so skilled with his driving. I highly recommend the tour to anyone curious about this amazing city.
Expect a long day. Our driver and guide were exceptionally friendly and did their best to answer our questions. Due to the length of time it takes to drive to/from Vienna your solo time is only a few hours so pre plan the sights you want to see from the city center. Good trip for us.
Good trip with good driver, tour guide and coach. Hotel pick up and drop off is really convenient. Definitely recommend it
very nice trip we were a group of friends and families I gave 4 stars as it just needed an hour or two more ,our guide was very informative ,comfortable bus ride it took us about 3 hours to reach
The tour was excellent, and the guide was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.
Overall trip was excellent, we enjoyed every part of our Budapest tour we were collected on time and dropped off by our driver and guide Reny from our accomodation, he was very knowledgeable about the history of Budapest my daughter and I learned a lot that day, we also enjoyed our free time we didnt do much shopping there but we enjoyed the Hungarian dish Goulash and chocolate cake dessert.
Driver was very good and picked us up on time. His comments were well understood and was always with us even with our free time. Gave very good instructions and directions.
We came away with a feeling that it would probably have been better if we had taken a local tour in Budapest byy reaching there on their own using the very efficient local train system. For some odd reason the bus we were in had to make a 30 min stop at a gas station in a 2 hour road trip and were given the reason that this is a European law as drivers have to stop for 15 min every 4 hrs. Well 1) it was a 2.5 hr drive and 2) we took trips in Netherlands and Germany, also part of the EU for longer trips and no such stops were made. This is just precious time wasted when you just have a few hours to cover a city. The guide was communicative nd curteous though the information was not deep and sometimes superfluous. On the positive the morning pickup and drop off from the hotel was right on time, The drive was smooth and comfortable. With a few tweaks the tour company can really make this a very good tour.
Obviously one day isn’t enough to cover all of Budapest but for only having a day this tour was fabulous! Our guide Fernando was incredible! You see a lot of the major sites and get ample free time in the city.
Susanna was our driver for this trip. The entire trip was about 12 hrs to and fro. She was very safe and comfortable driver. Although knowledgeable about Budapest, her English needs improvement. Overall excellent.
It was a long trip on the road (approx 3hours+ for one way) and definitely worth it. Our guide Joseph is very knowledgable and fun by keeping all entertained. Visited most of the places of attraction with little free time and for sure Budapest is a beautiful place to vist.
We were so happy we took this tour. I expected a large tour bus with lots of people, wrong. There were a total of 8 people on the tour to Budapest in a large van. It was perfect. Our guide was excellent we got to see all the major sltes and had plenty of free time. It was great.........
Our guide tried hard to connect with us. He was very pleasant. With more time, he will become better.
Awesome day trip. Highly recommend. We hit all the top attractions and had plenty of time to check out the area. Perfect day.
