The Guide for our tour was just fantastic! We learnt so much from him. We are glad we went and we really sooooo pleased with our Guide - pity is, I forgot to take his name!

What a beautiful tour... we had no plan and just booked it that morning definitely worth it.

We had to wait over half an hour for an English speaking guide and although she herself was very pleasant and knew her subject we got the impression she was asked to be as quick as possible as the company were behind schedule and I think she missed one or twoo places other tours went on.The big plus is that we did jump a 2Hr queue. The ear piece I had had to be held in by hand which was a little awkward.

This trip was disappointing. It was a 12:30 one hour tour, the English speaking guide did not appear until 12:50. She was lovely, but it was so difficult to understand her English, not much was learned. In addition, even with such a late start the tour ended at 1:30. We've had some great tours but this one was disorganized and not worth the money.

The earphones/speaking equipment was not working properly. Many people had to turn them in for another one. This caused the tour to be late getting started. The guide was hard to understand and I missed much of the history/presentation. The group was too large. The guide was short and she did not have anything to tell the group where she was located - such as an umbrella or sign that she could hold up. Very unhappy with this tour.

The ear pieces for the tour sound terrible and our tour guide for the palace had a very thick accent so it was virtually impossible to understand her. When we left the tour early to drop off the speaker system, nobody could be found to drop it off. Bad tour all in all.
