Ein Kochkurs in Sorrent mit Köchin Carmen ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Sie genießen Ihren Kochkurs, bei dem Sie Wein trinken, singen und mehr über authentische italienische Speisen erfahren. Alle Kurse sind praktisch, überaus informativ und unterhaltsam gestaltet. Kommen Sie und erleben Sie den Spaß beim Kochen nach italienischen traditionellen Rezepten.
Im Preis des Kochkurses mit 3 Gerichten ist Folgendes enthalten:
• Pastaherstellung
• Fleisch oder Fisch
• Lokales Dessert
• Wein, Prosecco, Limoncello
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Kochbuch sowie T-Shirts, Schürzen oder Einkaufstaschen von Köchin Carmen zu kaufen. Carmen ist eine talentierte englischsprachige Köchin mit 15-jähriger Ausbildung. Sie arbeitet seit Langem als Köchin in einem kleinen, luxuriösen Boutique-Hotel. Ihre Leidenschaft kommt von ihrer Mutter Titina, die selbst viele Jahre als Köchin arbeitete.
Der Kochkurs findet zu folgenden Zeiten statt:
• 10:00 Uhr, gefolgt von Mittagessen, Kochteil endet um 14:00 Uhr
• 16:00 Uhr, gefolgt von Abendessen, Kochteil endet um 20:00 Uhr

We had a brilliant and fun experience learning how to cook three Italian dishes which I'm definitely going to cook again. Carmen is patient, a great teacher, brilliant chef and her English is amazing! The whole set up is so organized. Would highly recommend.

Went for what I thought would be the "usual" cooking class. Boy was I wrong. This was a fun totally hands-on class. We made gnocchi the Sorrento way. Learned to gut and prepare calamari - what a trip, Prepared a sea bass and made eggplant parmigiana all in a relax and funny atmosphere. Chef Carmen is a blast - funny, witty and a great teacher. Finally, we all were able to eat our recipes around the big table and make new friends. If there is one thing that I would highly recommend to do while in Sorrento is to take this class. Not able to do this tour. Received an email 1 day before that we were only couple signed up for afternoon session and that they would not do tour, they offered another day or morning tour but we were not in town yet for these. I emailed back that we wanted to do this cooking class but never heard back from them. Very disappointed with lack of communication.

This was EVERYTHING!!! My absolute most favorite part of our trip. Carmen is positively spectacular. Her class was so authentic and fun and we loved every single second of it. If you go to Sorrento and don't take her class, you're really missing out! I can't give her enough praise. Thank you sooooooooo much, Carmen!!!!
