Love Tangier, and in fact the local guide in Morocco saved the day! No contact nor arrangement 1 day before the tour and I had to chase all the way to Viator Customer Service. Ride to Tarifa was pleasant but the ride back to Seville was bad - Part of another day tour so we were left feeling like some lost child desperately hanging on for some news to go back to Seville hotel. May want to book the Tangier tour directly.
