Treffen Sie Ihren Reiseleiter und Ihre kleine Gruppe von maximal 15 Personen am Zeitungsstand vor der U-Bahn-Station „Colosseo“, die sich direkt gegenüber dem Eingang zum gewaltigen Kolosseum befindet. Umgehen Sie die langen Warteschlangen mit Ihrem im Preis inbegriffenen Keine-Warteschlange-Ticket und begeben Sie sich direkt ins Innere des größten je erbauten Amphitheaters, um die erste und zweite Ebene mit Ihrem Reiseleiter zu erkunden.
Anschließend geht es weiter zum Forum Romanum, um das kommerzielle und politische Zentrum des Römischen Reichs zu erleben. Auf dem Weg passieren Sie Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Konstantinsbogen, Julius Cäsars letzte Ruhestätte, und den Tempel der Vestalinnen: sechs Vestalinnen, jungfräuliche Priesterinnen, waren mit der wenig beneidenswerten Aufgabe beauftragt, die Moral des antiken Roms zu bewahren.
Schließlich gehen Sie hinauf auf den Palatin und hören die Legende von Romulus und Remus, den mythologischen Gründern von Rom, und erfahren, wie das Wort „Palast“ hier seinen Ursprung fand. Am Ende der Führung haben Sie ein besseres Verständnis von der Bedeutung dieses ehemals großen Reiches - und den Figuren, die so eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Geschichte gespielt haben.
Ihre Führung endet im Inneren des Forum Romanum.

It was a great tour and our guide, Jaber was very informative and interesting!! He showed us maps of how it would have looked in the past and was truly interested in what he was doing. He also kept checking that we were all present an would wait for us and kept trying to keep us in the shade if possible as it was 30 degrees celcius.

We toured early in the morning at 8:30 am so it wasn't too busy and we skipped all lines with zero wait times-even through security. We lucked out and ended up getting a private tour as the other party booked for the small group did not show up. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to ask questions as much as we wanted. Vincenzo was his name. Great guide and memorable tour.

Our guide was Mr T- he was superb! We were a group of 5, with one 10 year old. The guide was most informative and kept us entertained, we learnt a lot! I am really glad I did the tour. Highly recommend it.

Would recommend to anyone. Our guide, Phelix was tremendous. The group was met on time at the instructed spot. We went on a day where there was the National period where Italy's citizens were encourage to visit these spots for free, so the skip the line advantageous were not present, but Phelix handled with poise and got us through quickly, and spoke the whole time in line, providing great insights to history of Rome, the area, the leaders, what occurred and made the fact that the skip the line advantages weren't present, irrelevant . The 2 1/2 hour tour was enjoyable because of the guide, Phelix, his knowledge of history, his ability to speak English was just excellent. And he has just a great great personality. Would recommend this tour to anyone, and if you are fortunate enough to have Phelix as your guide, all the better. I love history, and Phelix exceeded my expectation with his constant background to the history of everything, brought it alive!
