The Pedra Bonita trail is located within the Tijuca National Park, sector C, precisely between Pedra da Gávea and the neighborhoods of São Conrado and Barra da Tijuca. It has steep stretches, which can increase the physical wear since part of the route has low vegetation and does not offer natural sun protection. The walk is pleasant and passes through areas of reforestation with forest closed. The surprise comes when you reach the summit, which offers a breathtaking view of Pedra da Gávea, Barra Beach, São Conrado, Leblon and Ipanema, Morro Dois Irmãos, Floresta da Tijuca and some parts of the South Zone.
