This is a walking tour. No where did I see this was a walking tour so after walking 7 miles earlier wasn’t prepared for this. After 2 hours we finally left, he had said that we were just getting started. Found it long and drawn out. If it had stuck in the 1 45 minutes that it said it might have been ok. Another group of 4 or 5 left the same time we did. The guide was nice but took way to long. Worst tour we have been on through Viator.
When we arrived for our planned tour we were told it was actually not starting as advertised. The tour guide quickly invited us to join the grim ghost tour that was about the start. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable,but the overall hour was somewhat disappointing.
The tour guide was well informed and engaging. Great sense of humour and good storytelling. The entire tour was interwoven nicely and was not disjointed or piece-meal in any way. A couple of things, the voucher needs to clearly mention as to where to meet. Some of these meeting points are large with multiple facades. Gets confusing. Also, an advisory would have been nice Bring your umbrella for instance.
The only problem was it was quite cold that night. Great stories and knowledgeable guide.
Lots of fun. Went with a family group and Brittany guide was energetic and entertaining. Very unique way to see the Historical district from a unique perspective.
Our guide was great. She really brought Philly's past alive. THANKS!
Our tour was not as advertised, nor was it entertaining, spooky or well researched. The guide was terrible - it was a complete waste of time and money!
This was my kids favorite tour on our vacation. Very informative and gives you a different angle of the history of the city. I would have liked to have heard more good stories but in the end it was a good tour.
