Der Capo-Markt, der Ballarò Markt und der Vucciria-Markt sind die ältesten und beliebtesten Gegenden von Palermo, wo die Vielseitigkeit der künstlerischen Schätze von Palermo mit Gastronomie und Straßenessen zusammenkommen.

Der Spaziergang bietet die Möglichkeit, Spezialitäten aus Palermo zu probieren, darunter auch den unverwechselbaren Geschmack des hiesigen Street Foods, z. We were fortunate to be the only ones on the street food tour for the day so Manuela was able to give us a private tour of Palermo. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the area, the buildings, and the street food. A great tour for the first day In Palermo. I would recommend her and the tour to anyone.

The only reason this tour didn't receive 5 stars is because the style of our guide left us wondering if she loved her city or if this was a job. We love to 'experience' a place walking and tasting and she delivered on this in a big way. The local market was certainly a highlight and the breakfast pizza was the perfect way to get started.

We had 2 guides and at times I felt like they were more interested in talking to each other than us. I also wish we were able to try more of the fruits and vegetables in the market. Sicilian food is great and of course nothing on the tour was bad! I also liked that we took a walk around town a bit and got a little history with our food.
