Make Your Own Chocolate, Yes and Yes again. So much fun and a very interesting lesson in Cacao. Prior to the class at Madre, I was a milk chocolate fan, but it's now official I'm in with Dark Chocolate. I made a bar with multiple flavors mix-in, so good ! Treat yourself.
