We booked the 72 hour with 5 excursions. We rode the bus once due to how long it took and where to find the stops. The trains were faster and we saved money as we didn’t get to all 5 excursions
We booked the 3day tour which included 3 options of tours/dining etc. We enjoyed the tour itself but were very disappointed to find that the carriage ride in Central Park is no longer included by Gray Line even though it is still advertised on your site as an inclusion. We found the Gray Line staff on the streets misinformed on a lot of detail and the map we picked up on the bus was out of date as it also included the carriage ride as an option. We only found this out by going to the Gray Line office to query what we were told about the carriage ride by the operators at Central Park. Viator needs to make sure its tour information is up to date. Apparently this option has not been available for quite some time.
