A 12 hour flight delay due to severe weather caused us to MISS this very pricey Premium VIP Tour. No refunds. All was not a total loss because the Empire State Building staff helped us make lemonade out of the situation. We were allowed to exchange the tickets for the self guided tour that is available on weekends (our time in NYC was limited). The views are indeed spectacular and more exciting than from One World Observatory. We attended first thing in the morning and it was worth it for a smaller number of folks present. Wish we had known of the skyscraper museum (not on site) before our time in NYC ran out. All of the staff at the Empire State Building was very helpful and friendly! Thanks again!
