Day 1: Pickup from Delhi and drive to Vrindavan
Stop At: vrindavan, Near Nidhivan Temple, Vrindavan India
Day 01:
This journey starts in the hustle and bustle of India's capital, Delhi, and then heads to Vrindavan also known as the temple city and land of Krishna. Experience the calmness of Banks of Yamuna river , a vibrant and colourful city with its bazaars, palaces and havelis. Each spring, a tide of raucous revellers magnify the colours of Vrindavan during the frenetic city's Holi celebrations. Heralding the arrival of spring, Holi, the Hindu "Festival of Colours", is when locals and visitors jubilantly join impromptu and organised colour eruptions.
Enjoy a full day at leisure to enjoy the renown Holi Festival (with colours). Holi is a religious spring festival that is celebrated by Hindus, it is called the Spring Festival - as it marks the arrival of spring the season of hope and joy and is the most vibrant of all. The main day, Holi is celebrated by people throwing coloured powder and coloured water at each other. People exchange colours and spray coloured water on one another... whether you participate or just watch others, you are sure to be covered in colour, wet or dry!
