The Eagle’s Nest

With this skip-the-line ticket, you'll spend 3 hours exploring some of the world's great WW II sites the Eagle’s Nest and the Obersalzberg with the ruins of Hitler’s Berghof, the coal bunker and the bunkers at Hotel zum Tuerken (if opened, private property). You'll avoid the long lines and hassle of purchasing tickets onsite, which gives you more time to sightsee. See highlights like the access road to the Eagle’s Nest, the original tunnel and elevator, the former conference room and the red marble fire place given to Hitler by Mussolini, and more.

From November 1st 2018 until about May 10th 2019 (depends on the snow conditions of the year), the Eagle's Nest direct access road is closed, alternatively we offer to visit the Rossfeld summit instead. From this vantage point, soak in panoramic views of the stunning Austrian and Bavarian Alps and the nearby Eagle's Nest. Feel free to choose this option also when Eagle's Nest is opened if you prefer a much less crowded, more local site than the Eagle's Nest.

Dive deeper into the area's history with a visit to the Obersalzberg, the Hotel zum Tuerken (option to visit the bunkers) and the Berghof ruins. The Berghof, located at 3000 ft elevation, was Hitler’s former mountain residence at the Obersalzberg.

The Hotel zum Tuerken was used by the Nazis and is very close to Hitler's Berghof. Today the Hotel zum Tuerken is private, if opened feel free to visit the Bunkers at the Tuerken - all original.
