They pick you up at 6AM then proceed to stop at every resort between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios to pick up other suckers that signed up for the trip. We spent 4 1/2 hours on a bus, then had a terrible brunch on the mountain. Then took the bus about another 1/2 mile up the mountain where they gave us some beat up bikes to ride back down to where we had brunch. We stopped there again and were fed a terrible lunch. Then back on the terrible bikes for about an hour stopping every 5 minutes for traffic or some other random reason. The bike ride ends at a water fall which is about 20 feet high where you can go for a swim. While there you will be hassled for money and have people wanting to sell you ganja, snacks and drinks. Then you get back on the bus for the same long ride back stopping at every place you stopped on the way down. It's a long long drag of a day that you will regretfully remember for a long time to come. The staff were all very nice though.
