Put physical skills to the test at Ninja Lounge, a state-of-the-art sports and recreational facility located in the heart of North Miami. Ninja Lounge is a certified Ninja Warrior training facility with obstacle courses for all ages.

Visitors can expect courses to focus on power, strength, flexibility, and endurance as they traverse elevated ropes, climbing walls, and a Tumble Trak. Obstacle courses are fun for all ages and test both the mind and body.

The adult course features an unstable bridge, 3-way traverse, Pipe Slider, 3-way Incline, Bomber Grips, Tilting Frames, Spider Wall, Swinging Bars, Sea of polls, Sea of Swings, Camel-back Traverse, Overhead Climb, Salmon Ladder, Tight Rope, Quint Step, Box Jumper, three height levels of Warped Wall, and a Rotating Beam.

The 14-foot Warped Wall is built to the precise dimensions as seen on the Ninja Warrior TV show. For those who can’t make it up the 14-foot wall, try training on the 10- and 12-foot walls instead.

Whether challenging family and friends, trying to beat a personal record, or just having fun being a Ninja Warrior, this course is sure to provide a full hour of fun.
