I did the trip with a friend and we didn't have any problem with communication, we ask for our pick up, that was closed to our hotel and received our explanation in a very polite way and it was there on time! We're worried about other reviews but for us was great.The immigration line was too long, that was the bad part of our tour because we're tired at the end, normal, but I understand is another thing. The place is wonderful, I will never forget the color of that water, was the best place of our trip, were I felt more happy! Very happy about our choice!

After spending a few days in Miami, this day cruise was a nice experience. DO NOT use the option of being picked-up at the hotel as there is no "complimentary" transportation. After you've booked your trip, please call customer service to find out where to deport. For us, it was Port Everglades at Terminal 21. The ferry offers food, drinks, and duty free shopping. There's not much to do on the island as it is in the beginning phases of becoming a tourist location. Please make sure that you schedule other activities ahead of time, like swimming w dolphins. You are able to rent golf carts to explore the island. The staff is very nice and helpful! Follow the advice I gave and you'll enjoy yourself

I had issues with the names on my boarding pass being incorrect. I had entered them into the system correctly. This was frustrating and gave us some issues at the port/immigration. The company needs to make sure their systems are in tuned with one another. The trip itself was great overall.
