Nachdem Sie Ihren ortskundigen Reiseleiter in Malaga treffen, entspannen Sie sich in einem komfortablen, klimatisierten Bus auf der Fahrt nach Granada – einem Pflichthalt auf jeder Reise nach Spanien. Nach Ihrer Ankunft in Granada nehmen Sie an einer Führung durch die Alhambra, den maurischen Palast, teil, die auf den Ausläufern der Sierra Nevada gelegen ist. Die Palastanlage ist eines der schönsten Beispiele muslimischer Architektur in der Welt und ist ein Wahrzeichen von Granada.

Weiter geht Ihre Führung durch Granada mit der Alhambra: Die Alhambra, eine maurische Zitadelle und ein Schloss, wurde im 13. Jahrhundert errichtet. Es ist ein Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO und das bekannteste Gebäude des andalusischen islamischen historischen Erbes. Sie war Palast, Zitadelle und Festung und diente während des 13. und 14. Jahrhunderts als Residenz der Nasriden-Sultane und ihrer hohen Beamten, der Bediensteten des Hofes und einiger Elitesoldaten.

Anschließend geht es ins Zentrum von Granada für ein Mittagessen (auf eigene Kosten) und Sie haben einige Zeit zur freien Verfügung und machen anschließend einen geführten Spaziergang durch die Stadt. Entspannen Sie sich in Ihrem komfortablen Fahrzeug, und freuen Sie sich auf die Spanische Landschaft auf dem Weg zurück nach Malaga. Sie kehren gegen 19:00 Uhr wieder zurück.

This was a great day to Grenada and the Alhambra palace. The guides were excellent and well informed. The Alhambra palace is magnificent. This is a wonderful day trip.

Very good site. The tour rushed us through the main Nasrid Palace, which was disappointing. Spent most of our time in the gardens!

An elderly woman had considerable pain and difficulty during the 20 minute downhill walk from the Alhambra. The guide left her behind with her husband in Granada, a crowded urban area. When we stopped in a plaza for free time to find lunch, the guide complained to us that he would have to use his free time to go back and find them. The organization should provide participants with the name and address of the bus meeting point (which was over a mile from the Alhambra) so that participants can make their own way to the meeting point without being lost. Verbal announcement of a meeting point in a strange city before people realize they will need it, is not a professional solution. The guide's attitude was shameful.

Tour of Alhambra including palace was terrific with an excellent guide. Bus ride was comfortable and guide Vanessa provided a great deal of interesting information about Malaga and the surrounding area. However, the less than two free hours in Granada were insufficient to see anything of substance so of little value. Why not include one sight e.g. Silk market, cathedral for those who prefer not to just wander or shop?

Very informative and enjoyable. But may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. There is A LOT of walking involved. Also again, as with the Cordoba tour, there was not enough free time in Granada. One more hour would have been very welcome.

Excellent tour! Our guide was brilliant - spoke fluent English and was a font of knowledge. We met the coach at a central location in Malaga only 10 minutes walk from our hotel. The coach was very comfortable and we stopped on the way up to Granada to freshen up, grab a coffee etc, and also on the way back. In Granada itself we had about 1.30 hours of free time so we took in the Cathedral stunning and had time to grab a quick bite of lunch before meeting up and getting back into the coach and on to the Allhambra. Our tour included entrance to the Allhambra and I gather that some tours only include the gardens so make sure you know exactly what you're booking. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.
