• You need to liaison with your place of stay for an open space for this session - ideally a hard flat surface.
• Yoga mats will be carried by the instructor.
• Portable music system will be carried by the instructor.
• Yoga session will be for 2 hours start to finish.
• Someone will speak with you a day prior to arrival on the given contact number. The yoga instructor will arrive on time as agreed.
• The yoga instructor will speak to you and based on your body/ expertise the session would be carried out.
• You may opt for soft to hard sessions based on your level of comfort.
• Please share a review of your session and let us know how you feel about the tour.
