Combining the opportunity to witness one of Hawaii's most breathtaking sites along with one of the most exciting activities on Maui, biking down Haleakala, the Haleakala Summit Self-Guided tour is not one to miss. On the way up to the summit viewing area, your NAI certified interpretive guide will share with you amazing stories of Hawaii's history and culture. After experiencing the crater, you will leisurely ride custom Kona bikes from 6,500 ft. down the mountain for 23 miles of pure joy! Make stops along the way to take in the stunning scenery, enjoy a casual lunch, and to explore the historic town of Makawao.
