Group Standup Paddleboard Lesson for Beginners in Kihei

The SUP board is a large surfboard and riders paddle it with a long, lightweight single-bladed paddle. The recent popularity of SUP is a result of celebrities, along with athletes, who have taken up the sport for cross training and to increase core strength. What we like is that the sport offers great fun and the learning curve is simple. Enjoy a coastal paddle tour or hit the waves to surf. Our goal is to offer great rentals and lessons at reasonable rates to assure you can enjoy the benefits of this great outdoor activity.

Classes last 1.5 hours with a maximum group size of 4 to ensure students receive the personal attention they need to develop their SUP skills. Students will learn, safety and ocean awareness, water entry and balance, proper stance and positioning on the board, proper paddling technique

Minimum Age 12 years and up.
