To begin our trip, we visit Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Museum, and his house – on – stilts, pond and garden, and the Presidential palace while learning about his life and revolutionary activities.
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is an important historical attraction of Hanoi, known for honoring the national hero : President Ho Chi Minh. This is the place where visitors can express their admiration and gratitude towards the common father of Vietnamese who has led the country to independence and reunification.
On the way out visit One Pillar Pagoda. One Pillar Pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. As you visit Hanoi, you may come to various other monuments, parks and historical places. Yet, the One-Pillar Pagoda reflects the architectural splendour that the country has grown.
Around 11:00:Arrive at the Temple of Literature - the first Royal National university in Vietnam - to learn more about education in Vietnam since 1000 years ago until recent history.
12:00: Lunch time at local restaurant, enjoy Vietnamese traditional cuisine with a variety of food.
13.00: Continue to visit the interesting Pagoda :Tran Quoc Pagoda is the oldest of its kind in Hanoi, dating back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty (544 - 548). The Buddhist shrine has undergone several changes throughout the years, particularly its renaming from An Quoc to Tran Quoc (protecting the country) by Emperor Le Huy Tong in the 17th century.
15:10: Visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword lake) and Ngoc Son Temple.
Hoan Kiem Lake is considered the center of Hanoi, not only physically but also symbolically. Hoan Kiem lake is still a pride of all Hanoians and the center for any distance measurement. Nowadays, it’s still a gathering place yet new Hanoians may live too far to count their distance to the lake. Still, as you walk by, you will be able to witness the pace of life in this peculiar city.
Ngoc Son Temple is Hanoi's most visited temple which sits on a small island in the northern part of Hoan Kiem Lake, connected to the lakeshore by an elegant scarlet bridge, constructed in classical Vietnamese style
15:35: Take an 35 to 40 minutes walking tour around the Old quarter to discover the streets.
16:30: Return to your hotel. Finish your tour!

Great tour and personable and knowledgeable tour guide, Phoc. Driver was very efficient in getting around Hanoi and the whole tour was first class.
The best private Hanoi city full day trip with Great guide who was really informative and friendly. Our guide Thanh contacted us the day before to confirm timings which was really helpful. On the day we went to many landmarks and learnt a lot as Thanh was very knowledgeable about them all. He also asked for any requests we had and was very happy to structure the day according to what we wanted. His English is Great , would highly recommend! Thank you Thanh
This was a fantastic tour and an excellent way to get a taste of Hanoi. Our tour guide Thanh was awesome. He was very punctual in picking us up and making sure we were comfortable. His English was awesome and was a well seasoned experienced guide. We had an awesome day seeing so much wonderful history we may have missed trying to do this ourselves. He took us to a lovely restaurant for Lunch . Our guide also wanted to know if there was anything special we wanted to see which was away from the tourist areas. He was happy to take us thru the neighborhoods and local market areas where the local people live each day. That was such a highlight for us. I would highly recommended this company and especially our tour guide to anyone visiting Hanoi. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Great Private hanoi city tour with Delicious food and cultural experience. We spent a great day with our guide, Dragon, touring Hanoi and sampling many different Vietnamese dishes. Dragon picked us up at our hotel and quickly learned all of our names. He spoke great English and checked to determine if we had any food allergies. One person in our group does not eat gluten so he was very careful to make sure our friend had substitutes when needed and catered to his allergy well.Highly recommended this tour for anyone visit hanoi .
