Die Tour beginnt an einer der berühmtesten Treppen Gironas, der Treppe der Kirche Sant Martí s'Acosta in der Pujada de Sant Domenech. Sie erkunden die engen, gewundenen Gassen des jüdischen Viertels (Call Jueu) und die Straßen Claveria, Sant Llorenç und Cúndaro. Danach geht es vorbei an der Kathedrale Santa Maria in die Straße Cartanyà Bisbe, nahe des Casserna dels Alemanys (Deutsches Hauptquartier).
Zurück bei der Kathedrale bewundern Sie deren barocke Fassade und sehen die große Treppe, die hinunter zum Platz führt. Von dort aus geht es weiter zur Straße Ferran, wo Sie die Arabischen Bäder sehen. Sie besuchen die Plaza dels Jurats und begeben sich zum herrlichen romanischen Kloster Sant Pere de Galligans. Schließlich erleben Sie die Umgebung der Kirche Sant Feliu, die auch eine imposante Treppe bietet.
Diese Sehenswürdigkeiten finden sich auch in den fiktiven Städten Braavos und King's Landing.

We didn't have a lot of time to spend in Girona, but we used all the time to go on this tour. For GOT fans, you will love it! They bring a tablet, show scenes that were filmed in the areas you're touring. We ended up getting a private tour. It's a great mix of learning about the history of the city and getting your GOT fix. We all had a great time!

We had a private tour, because we were the only ones. It was a very interesting tour with a lot of information about Game of Thrones locations, but also the history of Girona.
We did this tour with Carme Adamuz. She obviously loved the town of Girona and it showed in the passionate way she spoke about its history and growth. Her insights about the town added to the fun filled walk. What was nice was that she didn't restrict herself to Game of Thrones but took us through the history of the town.
Marc did an excellent job as our tour guide and went the extra mile to tell us about the history of Girona and surrounding areas. He was very knowledgeable about the Game of Thrones connection with Girona, the areas they filmed, and the experience we had during the tour was nothing but phenomenal. I would highly recommend this tour and it was one of the main highlights of our trip to Barcelona for sure. I would highly recommend the drive to Girona to experience everything this place has to offer and again, many thanks to Marc our tour guide for an absolutely fantastic experience.
This was an absolutely breathtaking experience! I was excited for 'Game Of Thrones' but Gerona's beauty completely stole the show.
My husband and I stopped in Girona on our honeymoon and were so excited to check out the Game of Thrones tour. Our guide, Susanne, was wonderful and showed us a number of shooting locations as well as some historical locations in the old part of the city. Highly recommended!!
