Day Cooking Class includes one intensive, morning 10 AM or afternoon 4 PM, cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, prosecco with appetizers, three course lunch or dinner following the lesson including selected wines, all food ingredients, taxes.

Presentation of the menu, a coffee with the chef, preparation of dishes, 3 course lunch or dinner (selected wine included), coffee, “ammazza-caffè” (grappa or amaro)

We had a wonderful time cooking with Juditta! She was very patient with us, even though we were beginners, and shared a lot of useful "grandma" secrets. The place was very charming and Juditta was an excellent host / instructor.

This was the highlight of our Chianti time! Personalized cooking class, well organized and fun. We made pasta, several dishes and dessert. Friendly, experienced chef! Highly recommend this!

Great place to experience Tuscany cooking, the villa was a special treat. Our chef was excellent and we will definitely use what we learned.
