Visit to medjugore was too short, less than an hour. Tour included a half hour stop at Pocitelj, neither here nor there, too short to climb steps to visit the tourist sites. Do away with Pocitelj and increase the time in medjugore. The Mostar guide was a last minute replacement. Nina our tour guide was helpful and informative. Good recommendation for lunch in Mostar.

I don't have anything good to say about our tour guide Tanya. from the start to the end of the tour she's grumpy and grouchy. She missed picking up 4 elderly ladies from their hotel that we need to turned around and spend 30-45 mins delay. we cut short on some places that we visited and one that we were not able to go coz of the time delays. Everyone was quiet at the bus coz of her attitude.

Mostar is a must to experience, but getting crammed into a Fiat van in seats designed for dwarfs made the trip unbearable.

A very long but interesting day and a great opportunity to explore a hidden gem of a country. Mostar is particularly quirky and beautiful and the bridge and old town is stunning. Our guide was Nina and she was very good - organised and friendly - and the mini bus was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this tour.

the bus that we took was small and not well maintained at all. the AC was not strong and was loud and the seats were very tight and not comfortable at all for a long ride, we could barely fit out feet.

Our guide met me at the hotel with the minibus and we set off for Bosnia. Our guide was really excellent and negotiated the three border crossings with aplomb. She provided just the right amount of commentary, giving insightful information about the history and culture of Croatia and Bosnia. The first stop, the Falls of Kravice, exceeded my expectations. There are a small post office, shops and plentiful loos. For those who do not want to walk down to the falls, there is a tourist train which will carry you down. At the falls, you can swim in the pool beneath the falls. The water was cold, but not unpleasant. Swimming is the best way to see the falls. It allows you to go up close to them, with an unobscured view. The next stop on the trip is Mostar. This town deserves its UNESCO listing and I was fascinated to learn more about its history, ably assisted by the guide. Whilst there is a lot of driving on this trip, I think that it is worth the time in the minibus. I cannot praise the guide enough, she was very caring and knowledgeable, and dealt with members of the group who were consistently late to meeting points fairly and politely. My only criticism would be the quality of the minibus and the microphone. The seats were not very comfortable and the microphone made it difficult to hear the guide, who had to resort to speaking from the middle of the bus.

This was a1st tour for my wife and me to Bosnia and there were highlights but some areas need improvement. We enjoyed the walking tour of Mostar, some local shopping there, and a scenic lunch at Babylon Restaurant overlooking the river/bridge. But that was about it for the positives. The bus arrived 15 minutes late, which didn’t make a great 1st impression, and then in Majorca, the walking tour guide was late meeting us, pushing back our schedule at least 20 minutes and by the last stop of the day, we didn’t even have time to walk around the small town or up to the tower. Unfortunately, the minibus had cramped seating (I’m just 6’ 0” tall and my knees were crunched) which was a pain for such a long part of the day in the bus. The a/c was also less than desired on a hot day, despite our requesting they make it cooler, and the driver had his window half open, which clearly doesn’t help the a/c. Then, unfortunately the bus had an exhaust malfunction on the way back, and several passengers complained they were getting nauseated from the fumes filling the bus — including me — headache and stomach ache. They pulled over at the Dubrovnik City Bridge and re-boarded us into other vans. I also wish the tour guide had been more conversant in sharing colorful stories or insights re the history or culture - we spent the last two hours riding back in silence, and increasingly uncomfortable with the air flow. Hope your next group has better luck.

Suzana with Super Tours was phenomenal! She was composed and very organized and knowledgeable of the local culture and customs, which I really appreciated! She kept up with the group’s passports in an organized fashion, for all border crossings. She had over 35+ people to stay accountable for and she did it effortlessly. I hope to tour with her in the future.

The guide was perfect. But not enough time for Medjugorje just 40 min. And to arrive to the place of the church and return walking from the bus stop around 15 min so just 25 min there. The bad thing about this trip is the mini bus, not confortable at all. Very tight and small places and the cool air conditionning on our head. Very bad how its situated.

A very long and tiring day but totally worthwhile. Tanya (guide) and Mick (driver) were great. There is a lot of time spent on the road for this trip so be prepared. First stop was in Neum (only coastal town in Bosnia and Herzegovina) for a few minutes for a toilet and coffee break. We weren't there long but it's an interesting place to see and conveniently timed on the journey. Next stop was Medjugorje which is a sacred holy Catholic pilgrimage site. You're there for about 40 minutes. As an athiest I had no interest in the area but used it to get another coffee and take a bathroom break. I'm sure it's great if you're religious but if you're not, you're not there for too long so it didn't really bother me. Next was the stunning Mostar. Glorious weather on the day unfortunately meant a sudden case of heat sickness for my girlfriend and we had to drop out of the tour with the local guide Iwana but thankfully after a while in the shade and some water, we were good to go exploring again. You get about 3 hours in total in Mostar which is great but you could easily spend all day there. It's beautiful and everything is far cheaper than in Dubrovnik. Pocitelj is the final 40 minute stop which has a cool tower and mosque to look at it you're willing to hike up a hill. Otherwise there's a few cafes and souvenir shops at the bottom to spend your time in. Overall it's a great day and I would highly recommend for anyone with a spare day in Dubrovnik. However, in hindsight if I were to do it again I would go on a full day trip just to Mostar.

Our guide shared personal stories and detailed history which was well explained and described without bias. He made the trip comfortable providing water and taking good care of our belongings and making sure we had umbrellas etc.his instructions for drop off and meeting were clear. The guide in Mostar was excellent as she described the history without bias. It was a very moving story and she showed us where to visit, shop and eat plus walked extra with us like a good friend. Both Isla and Mateo made us feel welcome and relaxed and engaged us in their country’s story with compassion objectively. This excursion is a must see location which gave us a clearer view of the Balkans. We appreciated a private tour when a group tour was not available and will recommend Super Tours to our friends in Australia. Thanks for a tip day ... it was fascinating and enjoyable. Plus Mateos mothers backs a was delicious!

Mostar is indeed beautiful and lovely. Just that the journey was really long, wouldn't mind a coach but instead we got a mini bus. All cramped up and couldn't stretch much during the whole journey. Check with the tour beforehand if is a coach or mini bus.

Our tour driver Anna was excellent. She was a very competent driver and communicator. It was unfortunate that a storm arrived just after we started our walking tour with the local guide and the tour was cut short. We weren't able to wander as much as we would have liked to but we did spend extra time enjoying the local food.

We enjoyed this trip guide was good however we were meant to be travelling in luxury air conditioned coach but we traveled in a small van that seemed to be an old one with holes in roof for air condition very limited space so very uncomfortable for a long journey

Mostar is great. I personally wish I had paired it with the waterfalls as the religious pilgrimage site was not my style but the trip was well organized and on time. Kudos to the tour guide for getting us through the relentless border stops!

This tour was a long time on a bus/van but when you finally arrive in Mostar it’s worth it. The Medjugorje is not so interesting for non-Catholics but Mostar is beautifully rich in culture and history and the tour guide there explained it all very well. I recommend this tour.

We had an amazing time on the trip which lasted approximately 10 hours. Our driver was very prompt in picking us up from our hotel. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. This tour incorporates a local tour guide when you get to the city/town of Mostar. Watch out, he tests you at the end to see if you’ve been listening to what he’s been saying. The people in general were very welcoming and friendly in all the three cities/town we visited as part of this tour. All in all, we would highly recommend it. It’s a must do if you come to Dubrovnik.

My guide Lina and driver Mike was the best. I got to know everything about the place and Lina suggested us a very good restaurant for lunch. This is indeed one of the best trip ever!!!

Mostar was extremely cool and very beautiful. Bosnia is an interesting country and definitely contrasts from Croatia, so it's worth visiting for a day if you have the time. Počitelj was really beautiful, too. Medjugorje was cool to see but I think it wasn't very interesting given how far out of the way it was from Mostar. Nonetheless, it's always nice to see something new. The van you travel in is not at all air-conditioned very well, and is quite small, so keep that in mind if you are heat-sensitive, easily get dehydrated, or don't travel well in tight spaces. Especially keep that in mind if you book this tour in the heat of August.
