Highly recommend this to any baking enthusiast. We split into groups and tackled the various bread recipes and pastries. We did get to see the techniques used for mostly all the recipes but it was more of a divide and conquer mentality. They give you a recipe card to follow and this is less of a hold-your-hand style class. But asking questions is always encouraged. After, you get to enjoy the lovely bread and pastries with some juice, beer, etc. Fantastic way to start the morning. You will leave full and probably sleepy from eating all the the delicious carbs.
