⌚ 7:00 a.m

We will meet near city centre and take a car ride to the Panda Valley. The Panda Valley about 50-kilometre away from city center of Chengdu.

⌚ 8:40 a.m

On arrival, we will meet the staff from the panda base. They will begin the day by giving you a brief orientation such as safety training, schedules of the day and so on. You will be given a name tag and a volunteer t-shirt.

Under the staff's guidance, you will start the day's volunteering work, which includes

Clean pandas' "nests"

Feed pandas

Prepare pandas' food

Make toys for pandas

⌚ 12:00 p.m

Around 12 o'clock we will have lunch at the staff's canteen.

⌚ 1:30 p.m

After lunch, we will watch a documentary about panda and get to understand better the meaning of pandas' protection. After watching the documentary, you will assist the staff to prepare some food/snacks for pandas.

⌚3:30 p.m

We will finish the day around 3: 30 pm you will receive a panda volunteering certificate in thanks of your day's work.

⌚4:00 p.m

After the panda volunteering experience, We will travel back to Chengdu. If times allows we will spend 1 hour visiting the Jiezi old town near the place.

Please make sure you are physically healthy to join this experience. People with infectious diseases are not allowed to join this experience. You will take full responsibilities of the damages caused by your infectious disease.
Please do not wear perfume or other fragrance with strong smells.
Slippers and skirt are not advised.
While you are volunteering, please follow the instructions from Panda Park’s staff.
The Panda Park reserves the right to change the activities previously advised based on the pandas’ health conditions and the centre’s research work’s progress. This may include change or reduce the promised activities to you. Panda Experience will keep you in close inform of this.
