The trip is amazing, keneisi made the trip one of a life time. This excursion made the trip to Egypt 10 times better then it already was. Highly recommend this tour. Keneisi opened up his home to us, we were constantly offered food and drinks and the fire under the stars way breath taking. The experience itself is hard to put into words as it is truly something you need to experience for yourself to truly understand the magnitude of its brilliance. From watching the sun set over the sandy dunes to watching the moon set and being entrapped by the haze of the milky way brings out an emotion of true amazement that is difficult to explain. This excursion made me feel like a kid again where the rest of the world and worries that come with it seemed to get lost in the haze of the milky way. It is funny how we almost forget what it is like to enjoy every moment and get lost in the tiny experiences. I can promise you in the middle of the night staring up at the stars you will get brought back to feeling like that child we once all were. aside from the absolute breath taking beauty of the experience and the natural landscape, The oasis itself is filled with amazing people ready to welcome you and include you in their daily activities. A man by the name Amahda accompanied us on our trip and he serviced us with anything we may have needed such as bring us to local stores to buy scarfs and even stopping by the pharmacy for cough drops. This will top almost any excursion you could have planned for your trip to egypt and if you do not do this you will be missing out on some of the most beautiful sites of Egypt as well as some of the greatest people you can meet in egypt. If you chose to do this excursion ask for Keneisi and Amahda to be your tour guides, they are the best two in the entire company and I would only do this again with the stipulation that they are my tour guides.

This was an absolutely incredible experience! Going through the desert and stopping at the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, Mt. Aqba sp?, and the White Desert.... We spent the night in the White Desert, it was a new moon, and the sky was about as white as it was black due to how clear the sky was, and we could see the Milky Way with our own eyes! Our Bedouin guide setup camp and took care of everything in the desert, cooked a fantastic dinner, and we slept under the stars while catching a number of shooting stars throughout the night. Waking up the next morning, we were served breakfast and saw a few other rock formations in the White Desert. What an incredible experience! Back in Bahariyya, we saw many temples from the Roman period, went to see the salt lake and swam in a pool with water pumped from underground. Also, we got to climb the English Mountain and see the very old remains of an English house that is up there. Our guide was excellent, very warm and friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we wanted. The driver to and from Cairo was also very nice and made our trip there and back very comfortable. Overall, I can't recommend this tour highly enough! We are still in Egypt, having seen the Giza Necropolis and the Cairo Museum, and Luxor's Valley of the Kings including King Tut's mummy and I have to say that spending the night out in the desert under that sky has been the highlight so far. Please don't miss out on this experience!
