Great trip, very knowledgeable guide, good food, interesting show. Down side was van. Brakes on van were shot, metal on metal. All passengers concerned and glad that we made it back in one piece
It was a perfect day, from the relaxing ride to the farm, the tour of the farm, the guides information in Kecskemet, the horsemen, and the lovely meal.
As usual it’s a good and informative guide that can make or break an excursion and Diza (hope I have the spelling correct) was all of that. Picked us up at the hotel on time and departed the central meeting point right on time. “Great, great”
Helena shared her knowledge of the entire area, spoke with humor, found shady spots to stop to talk, informed us on the best place to stop for a coffee or ice cream. Even though she presented the tour in three languages, slipping easily from one to the other, she managed to keep us captivated. The equestrian show was wonderful. Helena participated in the fun, went from table to table making sure everyone was happy with the food, etc. Helena is a wonderful guide!
A wonderful trip to see life in Hungary outside the big city. Kecskemet was a small city with interesting sights and warm people. Puszta was a farm with amazing horses and skilled riders. The meal at the farm was outstanding. This trip well surpassed our expectations.
This was a very worthwhile side tour to the country to have made on our visit to Budapest. We would do it again.
This was fantastic and would highly recommend
The Guide didn't tell us much, the ranch was very well kept and the cowboy show was very enjoyable along with an excellent meal and live music, the other activities that we participated in was super...bull whipping a bottle of wine off a fence competition and horse riding ..all great fun. What really upset me was the two mares pulling the wagon that we rode in were in foal, the chestnut looked almost full term, the harness banging against the clearly visible foal in her......especially hard when the wagon turned corners was upsetting. It is a stud farm and they had.30 goals last year....but I still don't know if this isn't hurting the unborn foal.
A fantastic trip to Puszta, to see the Hungarian country side, Well executed day trip , with a tasty lunch and entertaining horse .demonstration. We recommend to do this tour when in Hungary,
